Renee Basick, Director
Renee began her media career as a reporter for an NBC-affiliate and a local MSNBC producer, while contributing to National Public Radio news reports in mid-Missouri. In 1999, Renee joined the staff of an East coast-based online instruction company as an editor. She honed her skills in distance education as a producer with the University of Illinois at Chicago before joining the University of Chicago in 2003. With skills in video production, graphic design and writing, Renee has a penchant for the integration of media to form comprehensive communication tools.
