Production Services and Rates -- NEW RATES EFFECTIVE 03/09

The rates below apply to one-time events. For series, it may be possible to negotiate a discount. Rates for custom projects are set by agreement, after consultation. We calculate estimates by the houry rates for Camera Operators, Editors and Producers and have included a set of "packages" that can be used as exmaples of prices for our most requested services. VIDEO PACKAGES

Lectures, speakers, events

• Single-camera recording: $165
  Lecture / Speaker format
  1 wireless microphone or house sound connection
  1 Camera Operator (student) with DV camera kit
  (1 hour of shooting time + set-up and breakdown)

Optional:
Multiple mics for discussion / roundtable Rate: $5/hr each
Simple 1-3 lighting set-up Rate: $10/hr
Additional hour(s) of recording (min. 1 hour): Rate: $55/hr
Pre-event consultation for optimal room arrangement, lighting, audio, etc., for highest quality final product Rate: $50/hr (Producer), $85/hr (Sr. Producer)
